HBV Inc has taken this SOS project from a Negative 50,000 to a Positive 100,000. Exercised Archives 'n History Grant with its match and has a 10 year covenant on this historical property, with plans to bring back this historic hotel with a Bed and Breakfast slant. Has a possible Property Management Team upon completion of dried in stage. (Phase #1) WHY? :Its a Run For Fun
